There are a wide variety of bat species in the United States, but it's typically the colonizing type that causes problems in your home or business. Though bats get a bad reputation, they are not aggressive and help to eliminate pesky insects.
Contrary to popular belief, bats are not blind. They also use echolocation as a way to navigate complex flight and find insects. Their wings are much like our arms and hands, which is why they are called handwings. The bones of the hand and fingers are stretched to support and move the wing. The hind limbs of bats allow bats to land and hang upside down.

- Seal all entries with caulk or appropriate materials
- Install extraction devices
- Remove the extraction devices and seal last entry point
- Disinfect and remove the bulk of the accessible bat droppings
- Guarantee removal for at least one year
